Whether you are navigating miscarriage, stillbirth, a life-limiting diagnosis, infant loss, or the difficult decisions that can accompany pregnancy complications, you deserve compassionate support and a space to be cared for during this tender time.
As a bereavement doula, I provide emotional, informational, and practical support while honoring your baby's life and your family's unique experience. My role is not to fix grief, but to walk alongside you with compassion, presence, and understanding.

• Emotional processing and grief support
• Guidance for navigating next steps
• Resource recommendations
• Memory-making and remembrance ideas
• Follow-up email with personalized resources
• Two weeks of text and email support

Gentle Support
Comprehensive in-person bereavement support for families experiencing pregnancy or infant loss.
Includes:
• Initial in-person or virtual support meeting
• Continuous emotional support throughout hospitalization, delivery, or immediate postpartum period as needed
• Birth and loss planning support
• Memory-making guidance
• Assistance preparing questions for healthcare providers
• Resource and referral support
• One postpartum grief support visit
• Six weeks of text and email support
