Traditional Postpartum Care

The postpartum period is a sacred season of healing, recovery, and transformation. Yet many mothers are expected to return to daily life before their bodies and hearts have had the opportunity to fully recover.

Drawing inspiration from traditional postpartum practices, I offer nurturing care designed to help mothers feel supported, nourished, and held during the weeks following birth. These services honor the physical, emotional, and spiritual transition into motherhood through rest, warmth, nourishment, and intentional care.

Whether you are welcoming your first baby or your fifth, postpartum support can help create space for healing while you focus on bonding with your newborn and caring for yourself.
